Pricing FAQ
Why is your pricing in INR? Do you work with international clients?
Yes — most of our clients are based in India, but we serve customers in the US, UK, EU, and Middle East. We bill in INR by default; international clients can pay in USD, GBP, or EUR via wire / Stripe / Wise — pricing converts at the live exchange rate at the time of invoicing.
Are these prices fixed or do projects often go over budget?
Fixed price for fixed scope. We send a written proposal with a detailed scope of work, deliverables, and timeline before any work starts. If your scope changes mid-project, we agree to a written change-order — never a surprise invoice. If we underestimate the work, that is on us.
What about ongoing costs like API usage, hosting, and model fees?
Project price covers our build work. Third-party costs (OpenAI / Anthropic API, WhatsApp Business API messages, hosting on AWS / Vercel, CRM seats) are passed through at cost — typically ₹3,000–₹15,000/month for a small business workload. We forecast these in the proposal and you pay providers directly so you keep ownership.
Do you take equity or revenue share instead of cash?
Occasionally yes, for early-stage startups with strong traction. We will only consider it for AI-native products where we believe in the team and the wedge. Default is cash.
Is there a discount for annual retainers?
Yes — pay 12 months upfront and get 2 months free (16% off). We also discount Growth/Scale tier projects by 10% if a retainer is signed at the same time.
What is the payment schedule?
Standard: 50% to start, 50% on delivery. For Scale/Enterprise we split into 30/30/40 across milestones. Retainers are billed monthly, in advance, with auto-renewal you can cancel any time with 30 days notice.
Can I start small and scale up?
Absolutely — most clients do. Start with a Starter or Growth project, see results in 2–4 weeks, then expand into Scale or move to a retainer. We design the first build to be additive so nothing is wasted later.
What happens if I am not happy with the result?
We will keep iterating until acceptance criteria in the proposal are met — that is what fixed-price means on our side. If you cancel mid-project for any reason, you only pay for work completed to date and we hand over everything we have built.
