Do I need a verified WhatsApp Business account to use this?

Yes — we deploy via the official WhatsApp Business API, which requires a verified Meta Business account. We handle the entire verification process for you, including the green-tick (Official Business Account) application if you qualify (typically businesses with 1,000+ followers or strong digital footprint).

How much do WhatsApp messages cost?

Meta charges per conversation, not per message. In India: ~₹0.30-0.85 per business-initiated conversation, ~₹0.30 per user-initiated conversation. Service messages (replying to a customer who messaged you in the last 24 hours) are free. For most SMBs, monthly Meta cost is ₹2,000–₹15,000 — we forecast it in your proposal.

Will the bot understand Hindi, Hinglish, and regional languages?
