How hiring works

Apply
Send your resume and a short note telling us which role and why.

Intro call
25-minute video call to understand fit, interests, and timing.

Take-home or live task
Small, paid task reflective of real work — typically 2–4 hours.

Team interview
45-minute deep-dive with the people you would actually work with.

Offer
Written offer within 48 hours of the final round. No ghosting. Ever.

Typical time from first email to offer: 7–14 days. We respond to every application, usually within 3 business days.
